Booking Details:

High Leigh Conference Centre is comfortable, well-equipped, and easily accessible by car and public transport. The Centre offers a choice of:

  • Standard room: available with single or twin not double beds, washbasin in the room and tea bar in the corridor.

  • Ensuite room: available with single, twin or double beds, a shower or bath and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.


Conference fees:
  • Full residence in an en suite room per person = £240
  • Full residence in a standard room per person = £185

Modern Church members' discount (if booking before 31st March 2018) = £15 (If you are not currently a Modern Church member, here's how to join.

To secure your place:

Complete the booking form and pay a non-refundable deposit of £40.

Full payment:

We require full payment by 31st May 2017. However, full payment with your booking would save time for you and for us.

Cancellation:

If you have to cancel within four weeks of the conference, we may need to retain the full booking fee if we cannot re-allocate your room.


Part time attendance:

We may be able to offer part-time and non-resident basis, depending on the demand for full time places. Please contact the Modern Church administrator.


Reduced fees:

We may be able to offer a reduced fee for those on very low incomes. Please contact the Modern Church administrator.
