‘Not Equal Yet?’

This will be an opportunity to dig into Edition 67.1 of Modern Believing on progress (or not) towards gender parity in the Church of England. This edition is a joint venture with WATCH (Women and The Church), and we expect that at least one of the co-editors will be present with us! You are welcome to join in whether or not you are a journal subscriber. If the theme is of interest, just come along!

Forum is Modern Church’s members-only, facilitated online discussion space. It provides the opportunity for open theological exploration: a place to tell stories, share ideas, doubts and questions.

Forum is responsive to the desires of its members, so the programme is flexible. It works alongside Modern Church’s other activities, offering members the chance to ‘go deeper’, providing a platform to discuss our blogs, Modern Believing articles, conferences and panels and anything else that’s on members’ minds

Forum will meet every other month on a Monday evening from 7 – 8pm, with the Zoom room remaining open until 8.30pm for those who would like to linger longer for informal conversation.
